TONY PERNICONE, ASA, NAA, CSAA
Auctioneer
In 1995, after completing a comprehensive course, and graduating from the leading school in its field, The Missouri School of Auctioneering, Tony Pernicone added auctioneer to his resume. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and The California State Auctioneers Association. The major emphasis of his auction work has been in the field of fine arts, with California galleries such as Franklin Bowles Galleries; Weinstein Galleries; Timothy Yarger Gallery; Simic Galleries and Galerie Michael of Beverly Hills. He's also conducted considerable charity auctions; with groups as diverse as, the East Meets West Foundation (which helps supply clean drinking water in Vietnam), the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association), The Chinese American International School (CAIS), The San Francisco Chapter of Big Brothers, Big Sisters and many other large and small charitable organizations. This diversity has helped him become one of the Bay Area's leading Auctioneers; conducting fine art and charity auctions throughout the country, and helped in developing expertise in virtually every area of personal property; including 20th century Sports Memorabilia, residential contents, clothing and theatrical costumes and props.
